Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about our products, delivery, lab testing, and Texas hemp law.
Are THC gummies legal in Texas?
Hemp-derived THC gummies that test at or below the Texas hemp limit can be sold to adults 21 and over in Texas. Laws can change, and we only sell products that are legal in your area.
What is the difference between THC gummies and CBD gummies?
THC gummies list hemp-derived THC as the main cannabinoid. CBD gummies list CBD as the main cannabinoid and may contain little or no THC. Blends list each cannabinoid separately. The label on each product page shows the exact amounts.
How much THC is in each gummy?
It depends on the product. Each listing shows the milligrams per piece and per package. Posted batch lab results are on our Lab Results page.
Do you deliver gummies the same day?
Yes, in our Austin and Lubbock delivery areas. Choose your area at the top of the page to see what is in stock, then enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm delivery.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders $200+ in our Austin and Lubbock delivery areas. Checkout shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Do I need to be 21 to order?
Yes. We sell only to adults 21 and over. We verify your ID on your first order, and drivers check ID at the door on every delivery.

THC gummies, blends and CBD gummies
- THC gummies: hemp-derived THC is the main cannabinoid on the label.
- Blends: THC paired with CBD, CBG or CBN, with each amount listed separately.
- CBD gummies: CBD is the main cannabinoid. Check the label for any THC.
How to read a gummy label
Gummy packages list two numbers: the total milligrams in the package and the milligrams in each piece. A bag with a large total can hold many small pieces, so compare the per-piece number when you shop. Blended formulas list every cannabinoid on its own line. For posted batch results, check our lab results.
Singles and bags
Many gummies come as a single-serve pack and a full bag, so you can try a flavor before you commit to the larger size. Each size has its own listing with its own label details.
Lab tested and sold to adults 21+
Every product we carry is hemp-derived. Find posted third-party lab results on our Lab Results page. We sell only to adults 21 and over. We verify your ID on your first order, and drivers check ID at the door on every delivery. Hemp laws change, and when they do our shelf follows them, so we only sell products that are legal in your area. Read our Texas and federal hemp law updates.
