Our commitment

Uforiq Hub LLC ("UFORIQ," "we," "our") is committed to making uforiqdelivery.com usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat web accessibility as part of how we serve our customers, and we are working to ensure our site can be perceived, operated, and understood by everyone regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

"Conform" means the site fully meets the criteria. "Partially conform" means parts of the site do not yet fully meet the criteria. uforiqdelivery.com currently partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.   • Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA (Windows), and JAWS (Windows).

The site may not perform as expected in significantly older browsers or with assistive technologies that do not support modern web standards.

Known limitations

We are aware of, and actively working to remediate, the following areas:

  • Some third-party widgets (delivery scheduling, age verification, analytics, payments) are provided by external vendors and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We track vendor accessibility status and prioritize replacements where alternatives exist.
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) PDFs hosted by laboratory partners are produced by those labs; some are image scans without a text layer and may not be screen-reader-accessible. Customers who cannot access a COA may request a text alternative using the contact details below.
  • Some product imagery may have generic or missing alt text on older catalog entries. We are reviewing and updating these as part of ongoing catalog maintenance.
