Age policy
UFORIQ sells only to adults 21 and over. This policy explains how we check age in the app, on our website and at delivery.
Who can use UFORIQ
You must be at least 21 years old to browse products in the app, create an account or place an order. We do not sell to anyone under 21 or to anyone buying for someone under 21.
How we check age
- Age gate. The app asks for your date of birth the first time you open it and again after you reinstall it. If you are under 21, you cannot continue.
- Apple age range. Where state law requires it, the app also checks the age range shared by your Apple Account and blocks accounts under 18.
- ID verification. Before your first order, AgeChecker.Net confirms your date of birth. After that first order, AgeChecker.Net verifies a government photo ID and a live selfie.
- At delivery. Our drivers check a government photo ID showing that you are 21 or older at every delivery. You must be there in person with your ID, and we can't leave orders at the door. Shipped orders require an adult signature (21 or older).
If we cannot verify your age
We do not fulfill an order until the customer's age is verified. If verification fails or is not completed, we cancel the order and refund it in full, including any delivery fee. We may close an account that fails verification or that we believe was used to buy for someone under 21.
What we keep
The app stores only that you confirmed you are 21 or older and the date you confirmed it. AgeChecker.Net handles your ID and selfie under its own privacy policy and tells us whether verification passed. Our staff cannot see your ID photo or selfie. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Parents and guardians
UFORIQ is not for anyone under 21. You can use Screen Time content restrictions to keep children from installing or opening the app. If you believe someone under 21 has used UFORIQ, email info@uforiqdelivery.com and we will close the account.
